Key Responsibilities
- Drive 100% outbound sales through various outreach methods, including cold calling and email campaigns
- Build and manage a pipeline of HR and Talent leaders in small to mid-sized companies
- Utilize sales technology to optimize outreach and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HR or Talent Acquisition
- Proven track record in outbound sales and new business development
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Experience with data enrichment tools and virtual selling environments
