- 2+ years of experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or freight brokerage sales and operations
- Transferrable book of business with direct relationships with shippers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously
