Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant to support management in improving processes, procedures, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret customer requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer retention and market share
- Execute project management processes to deliver solutions that reduce costs and enhance customer experience
- Research and implement changes to improve company operations in line with corporate objectives
Required Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black belt, Green belt, or comparable quality designation preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management and insurance
- Project management experience is required
- Experience in Benefit Enrollment
- Knowledge of Supplemental Insurance Products
