Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant to support management in improving processes, procedures, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret customer requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer retention and market share
• Execute project management processes to deliver solutions that reduce costs and enhance customer experience
• Research and implement changes to improve company operations in line with corporate objectives

Required Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black belt, Green belt, or comparable quality designation preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management and insurance
• Project management experience is required
• Experience in Benefit Enrollment
• Knowledge of Supplemental Insurance Products
