Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops project plans and Jira stories while managing Agile IT/Infrastructure projects
• Establishes operating processes for Jira and coaches team members on its use
• Sources, compiles, and analyzes data, producing advanced reports and identifying areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and Atlassian Jira
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure projects and developing project plans
• Ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and business partners
• Experience in data analytics and collaborating cross-functionally
