L1/L2 System Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a L1/L2 System Administrator to provide technical support and manage enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Windows and Linux servers, including troubleshooting and maintenance
• Provide advanced desktop support and manage IT service management ticket resolutions
• Monitor system performance and ensure security compliance across the infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in system administration or L1/L2 technical support
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory
• Working knowledge of Linux system administration and command-line operations
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Understanding of network troubleshooting and TCP/IP fundamentals
