California Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to handle litigation and trial advocacy in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials independently
• Communicate with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working collaboratively with the team

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the State of California
• 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, particularly in litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation
• Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
• Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
