Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller responsible for overseeing accounting operations and financial reporting in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close, payroll, and AP/AR
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606/IFRS 15 and manage tax filings and regulatory compliance
• Lead financial reporting and analysis, and supervise the accounting team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• Experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting Manager in SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses
• Mastery of Netsuite and related accounting/ERP systems
• Deep technical knowledge of ASC 606/IFRS 15
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational process change in high-growth environments
