Key Responsibilities

• Handle written discovery, motion work, depositions, and court hearings in labor & employment litigation matters
• Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic legal team
• Manage cases on a contract basis, either part-time or full-time

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in labor & employment litigation
• Licensed to practice law in California
• Possess excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
