Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel II.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the legal review and negotiation of various commercial contracts
• Prioritize and manage the contracts queue to drive deals forward efficiently
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners to align contracting strategy with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• JD and active bar admission with at least 8 years of relevant experience
• Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience in a contracts-focused in-house role for 3+ years
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or high-growth companies strongly preferred
• Familiarity with data privacy laws and cybersecurity preferred
