Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Small Business Sales / Territory Manager for the Southern California territory, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual meetings and maintain telephone contact with agents to achieve sales objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to meet financial objectives in the assigned territory
• Create and execute actionable Agency Sales Plans to drive growth, retention, and profit

Qualifications

• 5+ years of P&C Small Commercial sales and marketing experience
• Proven outstanding sales performance and a strong desire to win
• Experience with agency training and knowledge of industry practices
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools such as SalesForce, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
