Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop a sales team in Fresno and San Jose, California.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop sales employees to ensure a productive team
• Coach and consult with Sales Executives to optimize sales activities
• Guide the sales team towards achieving defined objectives

Required Qualifications

• Five+ years of insurance experience, with a preference for management roles
• Commercial Auto lines experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Knowledge of insurance operations including underwriting and claims
• Ability to manipulate and interpret report data through spreadsheets
