Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with support from the Onboarding Team
- Run high-quality discovery sessions and demos that align Snappy's value with customer initiatives
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure pipeline flow and maintain accurate CRM records
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-cycle closing experience in SaaS, HR tech, or B2B services
- Experience in developing customer relationships and exceeding new business quotas
- Proven ability to manage a book of business and fulfill strategic goals
- Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies
- Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales tools is a plus
