Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Insights Analyst to support training and performance analytics within the Sales Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Tableau to track training participation and outcomes
• Analyze the correlation between training participation and sales performance to quantify business impact
• Collaborate with program leads and analysts to translate business questions into data models and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in training, enablement, or sales evaluation
• Proficient in SQL and Tableau, with knowledge of data visualization best practices
• Familiarity with business tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, and Salesforce
