Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate for patients regarding eligibility, program enrollment, and affordability support
  • Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and ensure effective communication regarding patient status and program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with 5 years of experience
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong knowledge of prior authorization, appeals, and medical/pharmacy insurance terminology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Reliable with a strong attendance record
