- Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and ensure effective communication regarding patient status and program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with 5 years of experience
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong knowledge of prior authorization, appeals, and medical/pharmacy insurance terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Reliable with a strong attendance record
