Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Process provider applications and maintain records in the database tracking system
• Conduct audits and provide feedback to enhance processes and performance
• Act as a technical resource and facilitate conflict resolution within the team

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of experience in submitting behavioral health provider payer enrollments
• 2+ years of experience with compliance workflows and NCQA policies
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Word
• Access to a designated quiet workspace with secure internet connection
