Certified Risk Adjustment Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Provider Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global leaders to manage coding production quantity and quality while meeting client service level agreements
• Review pending accounts for errors and assign remediation tasks to appropriate staff
• Assist in training new and existing HCC Coding Specialists and ensure compliance with coding guidelines

Required Qualifications

• College degree in a healthcare-related field preferred; RHIT or RHIA, or Certified Coding Professional
• National certification through AAPC or AHIMA required; CCDS or CDIP is a plus
• At least 3 years of provider-based risk adjustment coding experience
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications
