Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Business Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system configuration tasks to support Sales Business Processes related to Channel systems
• Manage documentation for systems and processes, including training materials and user support requests
• Oversee project lifecycle for Channel system changes, tracking adoption and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a computer-related field
• 5+ years of experience managing partner ecosystem tools/processes in a global software or hi-tech company
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Channel-focused business processes and tooling
• Advanced experience with Salesforce Sales and partner-focused Experience Cloud
• Admin Certification for assigned tools such as Salesforce.com CRM is preferred
