Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Vendor Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to oversee the enterprise-wide Vendor Management program and train internal Vendor Managers
- Conduct regular vendor service reviews and partner with internal stakeholders to address vendor-related issues
- Assist in developing vendor management policies and provide expertise to assess and manage vendor risk
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field with 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in vendor management
- Experience in Bank/Fintech with knowledge of vendor management processes may substitute for education
- Proven ability to work effectively with external vendors and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and integrity with a self-driven approach
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations in ambiguous situations
