Vendor Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to oversee the enterprise-wide Vendor Management program and train internal Vendor Managers
• Conduct regular vendor service reviews and partner with internal stakeholders to address vendor-related issues
• Assist in developing vendor management policies and provide expertise to assess and manage vendor risk

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field with 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in vendor management
• Experience in Bank/Fintech with knowledge of vendor management processes may substitute for education
• Proven ability to work effectively with external vendors and cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills and integrity with a self-driven approach
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations in ambiguous situations
