Healthcare Implementations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementations Director to oversee and direct operations during the RFI/RFP and contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main operations contact on new site and expansion opportunities during the RFP through contract cycle
• Streamline operational responses to the proposal team during the sales cycle
• Facilitate discussions and finalize staffing models for all RFPs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, specifically in Healthcare Implementation
• Experience with feasibility models for healthcare
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, One Note, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across various organizational levels
