Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor-Insurance Recovery to coordinate and lead billing operations within a multi-facility healthcare delivery system.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely and accurate claims submission and denial follow-up processes
• Oversee daily operational activities, including scheduling and work assignments
• Monitor workflow processes to ensure appropriate account management and resolution

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Two years of experience with healthcare accounts receivable required
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations and third-party billing regulations preferred
• Experience with insurance billing and patient accounting systems preferred
• Ability to manage and lead multiple tasks simultaneously
