Senior Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own core cross-functional systems and manage vendor relationships
• Serve as the gatekeeper of the company's data and enable functional leaders to create their own reports
• Eliminate duplicated efforts and ensure seamless workflows between departments

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations or a similar strategic operational role
• Proven experience managing core cross-functional business systems (CRM, ERP, Billing Engine)
• Strong understanding of business intelligence principles and data modeling
• Demonstrated ability to harmonize and document complex cross-functional processes
• Experience in driving process improvements and change management initiatives
