Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar role
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and workload management skills
- Proven ability to work with financial and performance data, with advanced Excel skills
- Project and program management expertise with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
