Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding questions and concerns
- Utilize systems to enter and retrieve client information while maintaining workflow communication with the QA department
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and assisting in customer complaint resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred
- Knowledge of general computer systems and software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
