Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in client experience, digital transformation, or journey management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance client satisfaction
- Expertise in journey mapping tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in client experience design and analysis
