Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relations Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between the organization and multiple EAP client accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with client HR teams and stakeholders while ensuring program satisfaction
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients and manage ongoing support for customer points of contact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably in EAP or health and wellness
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in project management and multitasking
- Familiarity with mental health and wellness concepts is a plus
