Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Account Specialist who will support payer clients in managing specialty claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary claims contact for payer clients, ensuring client satisfaction and strong relationships
- Provide expert guidance on claims data interpretation and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex claims issues
- Support client onboarding and training on claims operational procedures and service expectations
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service experience in the healthcare insurance or medical industry
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of medical claims processing and repricing methodologies
