Key Responsibilities
- Build client engagement through training and research support to enhance renewal rates and account growth
- Co-facilitate client calls with the Account Manager to share insights and gather feedback on business objectives
- Monitor client usage, identify changes, and collaborate with the Account Manager to deliver partnership reviews
Required Qualifications and Education
- At least two years of professional client-facing experience
- Experience in Financial Services, Telecom, Media, or Advertising Agency industries
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with usage tools such as Mixpanel and Salesforce.com
- Eligible working rights in the US
