A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to be part of their client consulting teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop agendas and consultative strategies for client strategy consult meetings
- Conduct consult calls and analyze/present results to clients
- Manage support inquiries and create clear client communications
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Client Success Manager or in a relevant position
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; consulting or support experience is a plus
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
- Consistent access to reliable internet or WiFi
