A company is looking for a Client Support Representative, Tier-3 (2PM-10PM).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat
- Provide white-glove support to prestigious clients, handling payment inquiries, advanced product troubleshooting, and compliance-related support
- Assist in delivering tier-1 and tier-2 support services, including account management and product functionality support
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of customer support-based experience
- Comfortable working around adult content
- Strong typing skills
- Proven client support expertise
- Ability to manage escalations effectively
