Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and troubleshoot Zendesk tickets for assigned clients, escalating as needed
  • Assist in Titan Modules, Setups, and Implementation for assigned clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for client issues and collaborate with the Account Manager
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
  • 1 year of experience in a customer support role preferred
  • Experience using Zendesk preferred
