Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and troubleshoot Zendesk tickets for assigned clients, escalating as needed
- Assist in Titan Modules, Setups, and Implementation for assigned clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client issues and collaborate with the Account Manager
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
- 1 year of experience in a customer support role preferred
- Experience using Zendesk preferred
