Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Training Specialist responsible for onboarding clients and delivering software training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging virtual training sessions for new and existing clients
- Manage the full training lifecycle, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up
- Create and maintain client-specific implementation plans, tracking progress and milestones
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in delivering software training, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Construction lending experience preferred
- Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms for training delivery
- Experience in developing and tracking implementation plans
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
