Regional Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Coordinator for the Rising Scholars Network.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute regional strategies to enhance certificate and degree completion rates for justice-involved students
• Develop and support partnerships between colleges and correctional partners
• Facilitate the creation of materials and resources for colleges, prisons, and jails

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2)+ years of teaching or administration experience in education or a non-profit educational setting
• Familiarity with pathways and interventions that support student success post-incarceration
• Experience working with incarcerated populations and rehabilitation partners
• Knowledge of evidence-based equity strategies to address access and success gaps
• Passion for impacting and changing lives positively
