Coding Teaching Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vibe Coding Teaching Assistant to support the launch of a new course in AI-native software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the course Instructor in delivering live sessions and facilitating discussions
• Guide students through project-based assignments and provide feedback on their coding projects
• Track student progress and communicate with the teaching team regarding engagement and performance issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Direct experience using or teaching in Replit's collaborative coding environment
• Proficiency in Python fundamentals and familiarity with AI-assisted coding workflows
• Experience mentoring or supporting learners in a classroom or online environment
• Comfort with virtual learning platforms and collaborative tools
