Commercial Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Commercial Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage trade spend planning, tracking, and reporting processes
• Act as a finance partner to Sales and Marketing teams, providing analytical support and strategic guidance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes for trade spend and commercial investments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in Finance, preferably in the CPG or beverage industry
• Strong experience with trade spend management and customer P&Ls
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems and trade promotion management tools preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a small team
