Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Card Specialist to support their Corporate Card Team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Helpdesk tickets related to card applications, reinstatement waivers, and employee assistance requests
  • Reconcile and balance cardholder and group accounts, addressing overpayments, credit balances, and account delinquencies
  • Participate in monthly training sessions for cardholders and serve as a liaison between employees and US Bank representatives
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma with 4 years of experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize time-sensitive matters
  • Experience using data reporting tools and maintaining accurate Excel logs
