A company is looking for a CPC Processor.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and conduct business on the telephone while providing excellent customer service
- Review, research, resolve, and respond to inquiries received via telephone, email, or written correspondence
- Document all calls and inquiries in detail within the appropriate software systems
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Experience with a multi-line phone system and proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate/advanced level
- One year of experience in data entry, medical records, healthcare, insurance claims processing, or document proofreading/editing is beneficial
- Must pass an annual Introductory HIPAA examination and a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher
- Compliance with post-offer health screenings and vaccination requirements may be necessary
