Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Energy Advisors, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Monitor daily operations to ensure service levels and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify customer trends and implement solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in customer service or contact center environments with 2+ years of leadership experience
- General knowledge in Clean Energy or Energy Efficiency industries is highly preferred
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer service tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage performance and foster a positive team culture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
