Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth through upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
- Support renewals as part of the upsell process and identify retention risks
- Prepare for transition into a full-cycle sales role by learning product offerings and participating in sales discussions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing growth, sales, or account management role in SaaS, fintech, or payments
- Proven track record of closing upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Strong commercial instincts with a consultative sales approach
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and usage metrics
- Ambition to transition into a full-cycle sales role within 12-24 months
