A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to ensure client success through effective onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive projects with urgency and accountability, ensuring onboarding milestones and deadlines are met
- Develop and communicate project plans, timelines, and deliverables to clients and internal teams
- Act as Project Manager for onboarding projects, aligning business use cases to product solutions
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in managing client projects, handling more than 5 at a time
- 2 years of experience in a SaaS-based company
- BA/BS degree or a combination of related work experience
- Training experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities
