A company is looking for a Retail POS Rapid Response & Troubleshooting Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for retail incidents and manage escalations
- Conduct root cause analysis and facilitate cross-functional resolution to prevent issues
- Validate critical retail operations post-production changes to ensure operational readiness
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in level 2+ operational support roles within retail environments
- Hands-on experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems, hardware, and network infrastructure
- Experience with retail-specific applications and hardware troubleshooting
- Proven ability to drive incident resolution and participate in Technical Bridges
- Strong understanding of IT best practices and SLAs in a fast-paced environment
