Key Responsibilities
- Presenting accurate and sensitive information to callers with tact
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with urgency
- Meeting monthly service objectives and embracing additional training or assignments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of customer service experience in a relevant industry
- Preferred two years of high-volume contact center experience
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical billing is preferred
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire
