Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate to provide support for its Medi-Share program members and medical service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presenting accurate and sensitive information to callers with tact
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with urgency
  • Meeting monthly service objectives and embracing additional training or assignments
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of customer service experience in a relevant industry
  • Preferred two years of high-volume contact center experience
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical billing is preferred
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire
