Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a software implementation and customer support role
  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SYSPRO, Acumatica, IFS) is a plus
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with a collaborative mindset
