Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the onboarding and implementation of new clients
- Provide user training, ongoing support, and troubleshooting to ensure the software meets client needs
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance client experience and improve services
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a software implementation and customer support role
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SYSPRO, Acumatica, IFS) is a plus
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive attitude with a collaborative mindset
