Key Responsibilities
- Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits via phone and written communication
- Check subscriber plans and manage claims, messages, and other documents
- Provide timely solutions through various communication methods while maintaining a positive attitude
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time
- Must be a Michigan resident with a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred
