Customer Projects Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Customer Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve escalated issues that may delay project completion
• Audit completed projects for accuracy and quality
• Create and maintain team SOPs while ensuring they are current and followed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of vendor or inventory experience, or a high school diploma with at least 6 years of vendor or healthcare experience
• At least 1 year of experience in the indirect management of team members
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions to complex problems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, data manipulation, V-lookups)
• Experience in time management, prioritizing, and tracking details across multiple projects
