A company is looking for a Supervisor Customer Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve escalated issues that may delay project completion
- Audit completed projects for accuracy and quality
- Create and maintain team SOPs while ensuring they are current and followed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of vendor or inventory experience, or a high school diploma with at least 6 years of vendor or healthcare experience
- At least 1 year of experience in the indirect management of team members
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions to complex problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, data manipulation, V-lookups)
- Experience in time management, prioritizing, and tracking details across multiple projects
