Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-level analysis of trends and complete ad hoc reports on contact center performance
- Integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and update as needed

Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to perform statistical modeling and analysis of datasets
