A company is looking for a Customer Service Operations Analyst to support eCommerce and Warranty Customer Service through data analysis and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-level analysis of trends and complete ad hoc reports on contact center performance
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and update as needed
  • Prepare employee schedules and provide forecasts of staffing needs across channels
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to perform statistical modeling and analysis of datasets
  • Experience in workforce management and reporting
  • Location requirement: Must reside within Wisconsin
