Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of complex inbound calls while maintaining confidentiality and providing accurate information
  • Guide customers through interactions using active listening and ensure their needs are fully understood and addressed
  • Educate customers on various programs and services related to their prescription benefits
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous call center experience required; health or pharmacy benefit experience strongly preferred
  • Experience using multiple systems simultaneously while assisting customers is preferred
  • Previous customer service experience within pharmacy operations is helpful
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking abilities are a bonus
