Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Customer Accounts Executive in Retention Business Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer retention efforts by addressing disconnect requests and resolving outstanding issues
  • Minimize churn by offering tailored product bundles and proactively contacting clients at high churn points
  • Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals and participate in customer satisfaction initiatives


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Must reside in the specified Central Division states
  • Must have a suitable home office setup with reliable internet access
