A company is looking for a Virtual Customer Accounts Executive in Retention Business Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer retention efforts by addressing disconnect requests and resolving outstanding issues
- Minimize churn by offering tailored product bundles and proactively contacting clients at high churn points
- Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals and participate in customer satisfaction initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Must reside in the specified Central Division states
- Must have a suitable home office setup with reliable internet access
