A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote U.S.)
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Utilize automated systems for data entry and information retrieval
- Interact with external partners and serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; higher education encouraged
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Open availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday
- Background check requiring fingerprinting per contract requirements
