Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
  • Utilize automated systems for data entry and information retrieval
  • Interact with external partners and serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; higher education encouraged
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Open availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday
  • Background check requiring fingerprinting per contract requirements
