Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote - Temp.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls and transfer them to the appropriate queues or individuals
- Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and encourage potential customers to engage with licensed sales representatives
- Ensure a positive experience for members and prospects during each call
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of call center sales experience
- 1-2 years of call center customer service experience preferred
- Proven success in a remote work environment
- Collections and/or insurance sales experience is a plus
- Must demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude while developing rapport with customers
