Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Remote - Temp.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and transfer them to the appropriate queues or individuals
• Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and encourage potential customers to engage with licensed sales representatives
• Ensure a positive experience for members and prospects during each call

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of call center sales experience
• 1-2 years of call center customer service experience preferred
• Proven success in a remote work environment
• Collections and/or insurance sales experience is a plus
• Must demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude while developing rapport with customers
