Key Responsibilities
- Meet daily goal of 85 calls per day to assist clients with medical record requests
- Ensure accurate and detailed notes in Med-Release for all actions taken
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficient computer skills with software applications such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
